On March 17, 2006, a car traveling eastbound on State Route 762 lost control at the intersection of State Route 104 striking another vehicle.

  On March 9, 2006, two cars hit almost head-on when one of them went left of center on State Route 104 north of State Route 316.

 On December 7, 2005, a southbound car on Borror Road lost control in a curve a struck a house and a truck parked in the driveway.

 In the Village of Orient, a driver got confused at the railroad tracks and ended up in the trees along side the tracks.

 Early morning fog on February 2, 2006 was a factor in this accident on State Route 104.
